My Shipping Policy

Hello there! I'm thrilled you've chosen Sarandipity Arts. Here's a quick rundown of how shipping works:

 

Processing Time

I usually get orders ready to ship within 3-5 business days after confirming your payment. If you've ordered something customized, it might take a bit longer, but I'll let you know.

Shipping Methods
I keep it simple with reliable standard shipping. If you're in a hurry, I offer expedited options too, and you'll see the costs at checkout.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are based on where you are, how you want your items shipped, and their size/weight. Sometimes I run free shipping promos – you'll know when they're happening.

Order Tracking
Once your order's on its way, I'll send you an email with tracking info. You can watch your package make its journey to you.

International Shipping
I'm happy to ship internationally to most places. Just remember, any extra customs fees or taxes are on you.

Delivery Time
Delivery times vary, depending on where you are and the shipping method you choose. I'll give you an estimate, but please keep in mind stuff like customs processes.

Address Accuracy
To avoid delivery hiccups, make sure your address is spot-on. If the package goes astray due to a wrong address you provided, I can't take the blame.

Lost or Damaged Items
In the rare event of a lost or damaged package, reach out to me. We'll sort it out together.

My Return & Exchange Policy

Hey, it's Anita from Sarandipity Arts. I want you to be totally happy with your art purchase, so here's the lowdown on my return policy:

Refunds

Unfortunately, I'm not in position to issue refund unless you receive a damaged artwork. 

Damaged or Defective Items
If your art piece arrives damaged or with any defects, don't worry. Just snap some photos and get in touch with me within 2 days of receiving it. I'll sort out a replacement.

Change of Heart
Sometimes we change our minds, and that's okay. You can cancel the order before it's out for delivery. 

Custom and Personalized Art
I can't accept returns on custom-made or personalized pieces unless they arrive damaged or defective. I'll work closely with you during the creation process to make sure you love the end result.
